How long does support take?
Usually the same working day. We're a small team and we read every message ourselves.
I'm outside Pakistan — can I still use ZyroBooks?
Yes. The app runs in any country. We support tax returns for Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, India and the US. Card payments are processed in PKR; for other currencies we can invoice you directly — mention it in your message and we'll sort it out.
Do you file returns and register companies?
Yes — see our services. We handle tax consultation, monthly and annual return filing, SECP incorporation, NTN and sales tax registration, payroll compliance, and FBR notice responses.
Do you offer migration from another system?
On the Enterprise plan, yes — we'll import your chart of accounts, opening balances, customers and suppliers. On other plans, we provide CSV import templates you can use to do it yourself.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can — the company name, what you did, what you expected, what happened. If you can, a screenshot. Every bug report gets read.
