Please read these terms before using Zyro Books. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Zyro Books ("the Service") is operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], registered at [ADDRESS], Pakistan ("we", "us", "our").
Zyro Books is cloud accounting software. It provides invoicing, inventory, payroll, banking, reporting and tax-return preparation features. We may add, change or remove features over time. We will not remove a core feature you rely on without reasonable notice.
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial giving full access to the software. No payment method is required to begin. When the trial ends, access to paid features may be limited until you choose a plan. Your data remains yours and remains exportable whether or not you continue.
Where a plan fee applies, it is billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless said otherwise.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and does not renew after that.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice, and the change will only apply from your next renewal.

Everything you enter into Zyro Books — invoices, customers, suppliers, employees, payroll, stock and bank records — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, back up and transmit your data solely so we can provide the Service to you. That licence ends when you delete the data or close your account, subject to our backup and legal retention windows described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to enter it. You can export your data at any time from within the app.
The Service itself — its code, design, text, and the Zyro Books name and logo — belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. If one of those providers has an outage, the Service may be affected. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. There will be planned maintenance, and there may be unplanned outages. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.

Zyro Books is software and, where separately engaged, a professional services firm. The software produces calculations and reports based on the data you enter and the rules configured for your country. It does not replace your own judgement or that of a qualified adviser.
You remain responsible for what you file with any tax authority.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data where you did not maintain your own export. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or data you entered that you did not have the right to enter.
You may close your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a security or legal risk to us or to other customers.
Where we terminate for a reason other than your breach, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
